Program 1

Program 1: Body Weight Workouts

Program 1 is for individuals who are crunched for time and don’t have access to a gym.  Equipment is minimized and the use of the body, in functional movement patterns, is maximized.  This program will have you increasing your level of fitness, sweating and on your way within 30 - 45 minutes. 
A great choice if you are looking for something to do in the LCI Fitness Center with some friends or creating your own group at home. The workouts are tough, but remember you can always scale the intensity and the volume associated with each and every workout.
