Program Director

I began training 30 years ago and still have a love for all types and methods of training today.  I have trained using a variety of disciplines, styles and systems, all the while utilizing nutrition plans specific to each, in order to achieve the current goal at that time. I have been an athlete competing at the National level in Powerlifting winning a National Championship in 2004 (1964 total 873 Squat/420 Bench/671 Deadlift), Internationally in Strongman and amateur level CrossFit.  I have since retired from active competition and spend my time coaching and guiding individuals looking to make a change and learn the amazing things physical training can do for them.

In my time as an athlete and a coach, I have been fortunate enough to cross paths and train with some of the best strength coaches and athletes the world has to offer.  I believe that fitness is a lifelong journey that can be achieved by anyone wishing to pursue it. One of the greatest things in the world is sharing in the successes of people on that journey.  I believe that training is more than just physical and has significant benefits mentally, emotionally and spiritually that transfer to everyday life.
