Program Director/Head Coach: Mr. Cory Gillespie

I began my training journey over 32 years ago and continue to maintain a deep passion for all forms of physical training today. Throughout my career, I have trained across a wide range of disciplines, styles, and systems, adapting both my training methods and nutrition strategies to align with specific performance goals at different stages of my development.

As a competitive athlete, I achieved success at the national level in powerlifting, earning a National Championship title in 2004 with a 1,964-pound total, including an 833-pound squat, 420-pound bench press, and 671-pound deadlift. I also competed internationally in Strongman and at the amateur level in CrossFit, gaining valuable experience across multiple strength and conditioning disciplines.

Since retiring from active competition, I have dedicated my time to coaching and mentoring individuals who are looking to improve their health, performance, and quality of life. My goal is to help others discover what they are truly capable of and experience the transformative benefits that intelligent training and proper nutrition can provide.

Throughout my years as both an athlete and coach, I have been fortunate to train alongside and learn from some of the world's most accomplished strength coaches and athletes. These experiences have helped shape my philosophy and approach to training, coaching, and personal development.

I believe that fitness is a lifelong journey—one that is accessible to anyone willing to commit to the process. Few things are more rewarding than helping others achieve their goals and sharing in the successes they experience along the way.
