Are you Detrmined?

Determination. How much do you have? Lesser gifted athletes have bested superior athletes on sheer will power alone. Determination can carry you through a tough WOD, it can carry you through a goal (your diet for instance) and determination even gets you through life!
Todays workout is all about determination. The movements are not related today in muscle group recruitment, but present their own challenges, and the rep scheme is not overly high. The biggest lesson today is going to be in how determined are you not to stop. How hard are you willing to push and where do you start listening to your brain and stop pushing your body. The first exercise is designed to fatigue you, make you want to quit. The next 2 are designed to allow you to focus on pushing the limits and seeing where they stop.
REFUSE TO GIVE IN AND BE THE MASTER OF YOUR OWN TIME!!!
