In the nature of always ensuring things get mixed up this week we will be moving our typical lift style day to Thursday. I want to go through the clean movement and progression with everyone so that they are better equippped to take a weight from the floor to front rack position. This is a hugely important skill as the more efficient you are picking something up the more energy you will have left for the movements in the workout.

Bring your Tabata numbers (avg.) for the exercises we have done Tabata with already. Your goal will be to hold that number for all 8 of the sets rather than going all out for every one of the 8 sets. I would like you to experience this before you attempt to increase your Tabata number or retest for a higher number. Tabata is about Lactic Acid threshold training and pushing the boundry of where your body begins to burn and tell you to quit. If that threshold or limit can be pushed, then your efficency and recovery are all headed in the direction we want them to be going in.

Tabata (8 sets of 20 on 10 off - all 8 sets of 1 exercise before moving to the next)
Fist Twists/Air Squats/Sit Ups/Wall Ball Shots
