Who loves burpees? Ensure that you always hit full hip extension on your burpees! For the burpee broad jumps rather than jumping up you will be jumping forward. This will make hip extension a little less important o0n this movement. However, on the box jump portion the hips need to come into alignment as seen in the picture before you touch the ground for the rep to count.
