This WOD is to be done in regular ladder and not reverse ladder format. ie. 12/12, 11/11, 10/10, 9/9....... The weights are not heavy, but the cardiovascular aspect is going to be hard to handle. Make sure when cleaning the med ball that you keep it close to the body, pull with high up and outside elbows, and drop underneath. Don't be satisfied with just curling the med ball and shooting. Why you might ask? 'Cause that means you are cheating that's why!
