Injuries happen. It is part of everyday life. It does not matter whether you are a training athlete, walking down the street, playing hockey or just doing dumb things with your friends. The injury bug attacks when and where it wants. How you deal with that is another different matter. Here in Canada we are very lucky to have the medical system that we do and most people have access to amazing benefits. However, for some reason we do not utilize our benefits to our advantage. When you are injured, ensure that you are doing everything you can to get better. Utilize your benefits and see your local chiropractors, acupuncturist, physiotherapist, massage therapist, ART/Graston clinic. The more you can do, the better it heals and the faster you can return to everyday life. There your benefits. You pay for them. Why not use them?
