September 27, 2011

Fitness is not always something gained just by being in a weight room or facility.  There are a number of beautiful locations and fun things to do close to home.  One in particular is Waterton National Park.  On Monday, a small group of Physical Education students, were privileged enough to take in the outdoors.  If you have never gone hiking in Waterton then you are missing out.  Take time to enjoy the outdoors and set, not just your body, but your mind free.
