There is never too young an age to start pursuing fitness.  Exposure to active lifestyles and support from parents goes a long ways.  Fitness does not have to be stigmatized by pain and an activity that lacks fun.  When you look at the young individuals involved in the workouts and competition with a CrossFit Kids program their smiles and testimonials speak for themselves.  What's so wrong with being healthy and encouraging good eating habits?  Absolutely nothing!  Make the decision to get active today.
