The break is over and we are back to business as usually.  Well, sorta.....The fitness center has a fresh coat of paint and we are re-orienting the space to be more functional for users.  Today we will have regular workouts, but will also be putting equipment back in their new homes.  If you are able to lend a hand with the placing of equipment that would be amazing.  Due to the move, today will be a bodyweight style workout.  This is a repeat WOD from earlier in the year and has become a Conquest named WOD.  Come and give it a try and help if you can.  Hope to see you after school and as always new faces are welcome.

Programming wise, this would normally be a new program week for program 1 and 2 individuals.  However, with the break for Easter many individuals were on holidays and did not have a chance to train regularly.  If you need some new movements and have been training see me in the fitness center for the next phase of programming.  If you were on holidays then please repeat the last program for 1 more week and new programs will be out starting next Monday.
