A reminder that today is Womens Workout Wwednesday from 3-4 and open to all users 4-5.  We hope to see another great turn out of ladies coming out to get fit and have fun.  You're never too old or too young to get started.  Come on in and learn how to reap the benfits of a fit and active life.

B1. Dips (Rings or Pbars or box feet elevated or box feet on floor) 4 x 6
B2. Reverse Grip Push Ups 4 x Failure
C. AMRAP 8 Minutes
10 Wall Ball Shots
5 Burpees
D. Hanging L Sit Hold 3 x Fail
