Big shout out to Nathan Siemens for his performance at the Big Sky Winter Classic Powerlifting meet. He set 3 Canadian records for his age and weight category for squat (485 lbs), bench (274 lbs) and deadlift (485 lbs). He got some much deserved recognition and has his eyes set on moving up to the world stage next year!!! Absolutely amazing!!!
The best part is, Nathan is one of the most kind, humble and helpful lifters I have had the pleasure to coach. His name will go down in LCI Fitness history for more than his lifting ability but also for the character he represents himself with. Way to go Nathan!
