Hello......Hello.......Hellllllooooooooooo. Is there anyone besides Doug Checkley out there actually listening to the things I have to say? Do you visit the site? Do you find the site useful? What changes would you make in order to increase its use and efficiency with the Conquest program and athletes? Please post to comments if you visit the site and use it to stay in touch with whats going on. Also let me know if you find the ramblings I have useful, informative or interesting.
