Monday
A. Air Squat 5 x 20 reps with a 10 sec static hold at 90 degrees depth in between each set.  No inactive rest.  The sets flow into each other
B. Back Squat 2x5, 2x3, 2x1 (No Tempo)
C. 4 x 400 m row w/ 2 min rest between (1 min full rest 1 min active single skipping rest)
D. 2 Rounds for Max Reps
AMRAP 1 min Push Up
AMRAP 1 min Box Jump 24/20
AMRAP 1 min Pull Up
Rest 1 minute
