We have seen a lot of new faces out in the last few days and a large influx of ladies in the facility.  Keep it up girls!!  If you have a friend you think might be interested, there is no time like the present to motivate them to come and join you for a workout.  The hardest part is always the first step in the door.  Reminder of Women's Wednesday from 3-4 and open users 4-5
