Sorry for the late notice on this but Amanda Roemr will be holding a Muscle Tension Release workshop Dec 7, 2013 (this Saturday) at the University of Lethbridge from 2-430 in PE255 (First Choice Savings building).
Cost: $40/person
Materials: Bring your own foam roller
*If you need a roller one can be purchased at the workshop for $45
