Here is a copy of a letter that was emailed out to parents regarding our current situation:
Parents/Guardians,
We thank you for your patience during these times of
uncertainty.
We wanted to send out some information with regards to the
coming days. As has been indicated by Lethbridge School Division, we appreciate
you not contacting the school today and giving us all time to best support our
community in the days that follow. As we move through today, please
consider the following points:
- If there are any medical
supplies/materials at the school that your child may need immediate access
to ,we ask you please contact the office to make arrangements to pick them
up.
- A detailed plan
regarding how students will be able to access the school to collect their
learning materials and locker contents will be communicated to all parents
by the end of the day.
- We are currently working
on how best to support our students needs in light of the news shared by
Alberta Education – these decisions will be made as we move past the
organization of material collection, and have further communication with
our school division and school staff.
