LCI Represents at 100% RAW Powerlifting Meet

On the weekend of January 10 LCI Fitness athlete Anaelle Ravelojaona competed in her very first every powerlifting competition in the 100% Raw Federation at Bridgemania.  Despite her nerves and being in completely uncharted territory for herself Anaelle did amazing coming away with a silver medal. 

This young lady has put in some serious time and work over the past couple of months.  Training on her own and sticking to programs that challenged her physically and mentally.  That hard work showed and paid off!!!!  Way to go Anaelle!!!!!
