Hello LCI Fitness Enthusiasts,
A number of months ago we applied for a grant with Desjardins Insurance through the Desjardins Foundation to help support youth fitness in our facility and provide opportunities for marginalized populations. This week we unveiled the equipment we were able to purchase as a result of their generous foundation. We have 4 Assault Bikes set up and running!!! Check out this amazing opportunity for our all our young adults!
