Every semester the amazing young athletes of LCI Fitness put their skills to the test in a week long event called poster week. During this week students apply their abilities in pursuit of a PRM (Perfect Rep Maximum). This is a little different than a standard RM as the dictating factor for lift completion is based on technical proficiency paired with load and not just load. As such, athletes do lift submaximally as the amount they could move if allowed to have technique get ugly has the potential to be higher but at a significant cost and potential for injury. The goal is to do the best you can in perfect style! Here is a glimpse of some of our amazing lifters!
