A Grave Reality


It is a grave reality that people over look the benefits of pure strength training. Many believe that the ticket to their goals is purley and solely based in high intensity metabolic conditioning style workouts. While this is an effective method, it will only take an individual so far. Strength biased days are built into programming to give the central nervous system a break from the trashing it takes on metabolic days. Strength days also give us the ability to perfect technique and learn what it feels like to handle heavier loads. I have said it before and without trying to beat a dead horse, try to not miss those days. You may even find you begin to like them.
