Many people missed last week due to flu, colds, personal issues, whatever. The important thing is to pick yourself up and knock the dust off. Make sure you get back to the routine you have spent the last 2 months establishing. Remember the hardest part of the workout is getting in the door. If you are just on the mend, come in anyways and do a little bit of moving. Getting the blood flowing without running yourself down can actually help promote healing rather than hinder it.
