I am back today and looking forward to teaching a new movement to you all. Veteran Team Conquest members have done these movements individually, but never linked together. This is a great movement for teaching how to do a nice high pull for the clean and get underneath that bar with proper form. Weights will vary depending on ability and fitness levels. The heaviest anyone will be allowed to use today will be 55 lbs. There is no differentiation on weight today between men and women as if you have solid form the weight should not be the issue.
Sometimes the best way to work on technique is to put people in a position where the only way to get something done is to use proper form. Today could be one of those days...we shall see!
