This week will be based on a team concept. All Wod's, except for lift day, will be done with a partner(s). Team days can be the push that you need to discover the next level. No one person ever wants to feel like they have been the member of the team that did not give it their all.
However, the result of being the winner or the loser in a team sport differs greatly from that of Conquest Conditioning. Conquest Conditioning is all about being the best you and as long as that is what you give your teammate(s) this week, then that is all that can be asked for. When it comes to competitive athletics, it is all well and good to say that "winning doesn't matter, its whether or not you had fun that's important". Lets face it people, we play sports to win! Noone plays to lose. It is because of this that Conquest cannot be compared well to any other sporting experience. Conquest is a about purity of ethics, attitude, positive energy and giving it your all. You get out what you put in and if what you put in is truly the best you can do then you truly have won the game. So this week, keep in mind the end goal of what we are trying to accomplish and encourage yourself, your partners and other teams to do their best the same as you always do, because that is what is at the heart of Conquest Conditioning....fitness is just the benefit that comes along with it. 4 rounds for time and points in teams of 3
* 1 team member/exercise. Rotate through exercise in order based on the person doing the run. When the runner is done you rotate to the next station.
* Points are scored based on the total cumulative reps that can be completed on the WBS and push ups

75 Push Jerk for time guys @ 115 - 135/girls @ 65 - 95
* Bar & plates cannot touch the ground
* Split reps between you and a partner however you want
