Proof is in the Pudding




I was talking with Kyle prior to the wod yesterday and he was letting me know that even after 1 month of coming in 3 times per week how much better he feels. It is very rewarding to look around and see all of you making improvements and achievements like Kyle. Who would have thought Doug Checkley would ever be able to think about touching his toes. The proof is in the pudding people. Exercise may make you sore, but the rewards far outweigh the alternative.




Speaking of pudding, many of you have questions about your nutrition and diet. What should I be eating? How much should I be eating? When should I be eating? The list goes on.


On October 15 there will be a nutrition seminar offered at Crossfit Lethbridge called "Nutrition 101: Food to make you Look, Feel and Perform Better". 4 rounds for time and points in teams of 3
* 1 team member/exercise. Rotate through exercise in order based on the person doing the run. When the runner is done you rotate to the next station.
* Points are scored based on the total cumulative reps that can be completed on the WBS and push ups
