We have talked about planning workouts, choosing a path and execution of workout plans. Today is putting all of that into action! We will play Conquest Football. Today is a 22 minute workout where you choose the path of your workouts. The workout is as follows:
Touchdown = 6 points
Clock Push Ups
30 Air Squats
10 Wall Ball Shots
20 Dip Unders
Conversion = 1 point
20 DB Swings
Field goal = 3 points
10 Burpee Box Jumps
The purpose of the workout is to score the most points possible in the given time. You may choose how you want to do this. Maybe you want to score just touchdowns and ignore field goals and converts, maybe you want to do all of them....maybe you even don't care about points and want to see how well you do by focussing on your week points only. Despite what your plan is, it is your plan.
