Sorry Ya'll


Hey conquest members just wanted to drop you a line and apologize for the messy state things were in when you showed up for your workout today. I tried real hard to have things done and cleaned up before you got there. I didn't even have a shower or stop for lunch today (hope the smell didn't chase you away). By the time we were ready to go I was running on empty in the energy tank. As a result I didn't give you all that I normally do or try to with the workouts and instructions. I know you are all more than capable of being able to motivate and move on your own, but you put energy out and I like to return it. Just didn't have it today. Everything should be back to normal tomorrow and I am hoping you can make it in for our regular fun, energetic and amazing session.

On a side note if you manage to see any of the girls from the basketball team take a moment to stop and give them a pat on the back. They have been working their butts off to try and get ready for the season and deserve a little positive energy for a job well done. As a matter of fact if you see any fitness center participants, give them a pat on the back and let them know they are doing well and to keep it up. Small things go a long way.
