Today is a personal choice lift day. The only stipulation is, unless you are missing tomorrow, stay away from shoulders. Press will be a part of tomorrow's WOD. Choose any lift you want and go for a max single in it. Make sure to pay attention to proper technique and use proper spotting and safety methods.
Personal choice tech day is designed for to have some time to work on a lift you have been struggling technically with, minus the time, and load constraints we normally observe. Use light loads and focus only on moving properly, ingraining the movement into your head. Practice as needed.

Choose some movements you have been struggling with and practice your form and technique
