Yesterday there were 2 wods posted. The number of people who came in were able to balance out with equipment. Everyone did WOD 1 from yesterday (Front squat burpee ladder). Today's WOD will be WOD 2 from yesterday. We will be getting going quite quickly today, as I have a physiotherapy appointment at Dynamic Physiotherapy today. I am still working on some range of motion issues that exist in both my knee and shoulder. Brian Boehme is a local physiotherapist that has done great things with my recovery so far. e is only available in town on Tuesday's and Thursday's so I need to capitalize on the opportunity to see him.
