Thus it begins! Today is the first day of full fledged Conquest Conditioning. Everyone has completed foundations and is ready to start classes. If you missed foundations, the next set will run at the beginning of October. It is mandatory to be involved in the program for safety reasons.

This week will slowly integrate individuals into the program and get you moving. Weights and reps of programs will be lower than typical required weights and reps (remember required is where we are trying to get you to - It may take time so don't sweat it! Everyone modifies something sometime). You will experience some soreness and discomfort, but the point of this week is to not kill yourself. Adapt to the new stress you are putting on your body and look forward to pushing harder each week. With that said, you cannot achieve gains by slacking either. You are going to need to find a nice balance of where intensity, technique and volume fit just right. This will be different for everyone based on your fitness level. Listen to your body, it will let you know when enough is enough.

There are 2 WOD's listed as depending on the number of people who show up we only have so much equipment. Individuals who do WOD 1 today will do WOD 2 tomorrow and vice versa.
