With day 2 of foundation/fundamentals out of the way, we are getting ready to start into full workouts next week. Those who have completed the course will come in and work through on their own with some supervision, if they choose, but I will be running week 2 of the foundations/fundamentals. Anyone who missed the entry course in the first week must come and complete the day that they missed or both days prior to starting into Conquest. Monday and Tuesday will be fundamental days with Thursday being a brush up for any and all who are looking to improve some skills or refresh their memories.
Workouts will be posted for the week on Monday and those who have completed can come and go at their leisure as there is no formal class session until after week 2 of foundations/fundamentals. The workouts will be entry level difficulty to allow individuals to begin moving without becoming to sore.
If you miss the course this upcoming week, you will have to wait until the first week of October to start up and take the next round of the entry course. Have a great weekend!
