Comfortable vs. Uncomfortable
Many people come in and out of the fitness center and never take the time to read anything on the walls. I do want to draw your attention to one special little quote that speaks volumes and volumes of truth. It is by Mark Rippetoe and reads

"Only people willing to work to the point of discomfort on a regular basis using effective means to produce that discomfort will look like they have been other than comfortable most of the time"

Mark Rippetoe is a very very intelligent man when it comes to training. anyone looking for some good reading or a place to start when it comes to building mass and strength should read his book "Starting Strength". Others looking for shorter narratives and a good touch of humor should try one of his other books "Mean 'Ol Mr. Gravity".
