The dreaded double skip. Many people detest skipping with a passion. Skipping is one of those skills that everyone has the physical capability of doing, yet is a learned skill and requires practice in order to improve. The more you practice the better you can get at a skill. Skipping is one such skill. If it is important to you or you want to get better at something you need to do it every day. With weightlifting this is sometimes a little difficult due to the stress placed on the body by poundage's that get moved, but skipping is not weightlifting. Skipping is agility, coordination, stamina, cardiorespiratory and the list could go on. In essence, the only way to become an efficient and effective skipper is to practice, practice and practice some more. Today will bring a team aspect to the WOD while still allowing for individual attainment of fitness. Choose a partner and a strategy before you come or wait until you get here and we can set you up then.

Check out these skippers!!!
