Welcome back after a 4 day weekend. Hope everyone ate well and is rested up. It is time for us to start taking things up a notch or 2. For girls basketball we need to push your fitness and strength levels as the season creeps ever closer. For other Conquestors, we need to begin looking for that next plane of fitness. Push your limits and achieve. The power is in you and no one else. Only you can make yourself better.


A. Deadlift 5 sets of 5 Reps

B.Rounds in 15 minutes of
5 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
10 Plyo Lunges
15 Sit Ups
