I will post up 2 workouts you can do at home if you are interested in still getting a workout. Just because the gym is not open, doesn't mean that we cannot get an effective workout to pursue our fitness goals. This is the time when staying true to your goals is more important than ever. It is all too easy to take a break when you are on your own, at home and not at the gym. Don't fall into the laziness trap and make a commitment to still get work done.
