It is always important to focus on fixing an individuals weaknesses, in order to improve. This transfers across all walks and dimensions of life. Whether it is a physical weakness you are looking to remedy or a mental weakness you are looking to change. Weakness leads to strength! Weakness is our rock bottom and when we work on fixing our weaknesses, there is nowhere to go but up. Evaluate what you are struggling with and use goals in order to work towards becoming a stronger person.
