Welcome back everyone! We are looking forward to an excellent second half of the year for Conquest Conditioning. We had some new faces towards the end of the year and are looking forward to seeing more new faces in the new year. If you are returning to Conquest, spend some time evaluating what you were able to accomplish in the start of the year and set some goals as to what you want to accomplish before the Summer break. Feel free to share those goals with me, as the more tools I have the better equipped I am to help you achieve those goals.
