Have no equipment? Can't get to the gym? No excuses! Here is a body weight based workout that will knock your socks off or make you tired enough that you can't take them off at all.



WOD

100 Push Ups for time

Rest 1 minute

100 Sit Ups for time

Rest 1 minute

100 Air Squats for time

Rest 1 minute

100 Double Unders for Time

Rest 1 minute

100 m sprint x 3 sets (Rest 30 seconds between each set of sprints)
