With the nice weather we have been having, it is time to get outside and take in some fresh air. This is one of my favorite workouts. I love the feeling of "earning" the right to do more pull ups. It is about consistent pace and strength of mind more than body. The run is just long enough to get some good recovery, but not too long to make it monotonous and boring. Enjoy the weather......and the WOD
