Sorry for the late post we had been having some computer issues at school and I was unable to log in until now to post. Better late than never. Program 1 and 2 follow as per program below.

B. Deadlift 1 RM
Bench Press 1 RM
C. For Time
30 Power Clean
60 Ring Row
90 seconds cummulative hollow rock
