A friend of mine posted this video the other day came across this video the other day and just had to pass it on.  In a world that seems addicted to extreme, exercise sometimes is not immune.  Just because something can be strung together on some late night drug induced haze of an idea, does not mean it should be done.  One of the purposes of Conquest Conditioning is to help youth steer free of the pitfalls of videos just like this.  DO NOT TRY THIS!!!!  It is a bad idea and they should find this individual and take his credentials (if he even has any away).  Even some of the basics in the lift minus the gadgets are wrong, but hey if you can do this why would that matter....
