A. Air Squat 4 x 20 reps with a 10 sec static hold at 90 degrees depth in between each set.  No inactive rest.  The sets flow into each other
B. Back Squat 4 x 4-6 (3,1,2,1)
C. 4 x 200 m sprint 200 m walk
D. For Time
20-15-10-5
Thrusters
Push Ups
w/ 30 second plank between each round
