- Find a 1 RM with perfect technique.  Plan for 3-4 min between max effort attempts
B. Sumo Deadlift 8 x 3 30 sec rest between sets.  Focus on explosive speed
C. For Time
30-20-10-5 Plate Squat Press (45/25)
Between each rep set of PSP perform
5 Wall Walk Ups
10 Lateral Box Jumps (20/14)
