This week we will be testing to see if any improvements were made over the past 3 weeks due to the protocol we were following.  Based on thos results the waves will be adjusted accordingly for weight and percentage changes.

A. Back Squat 1 RM
B1. Wall Pistols 5 x fail (start with the weaker leg and use its number as the failure number for the stronger leg
B2. Box Jump 5 x AMRAP 30 Sec.
C. For Time

21 Burpees
400 m row
15 Burpees
300 m row
9 Burpees
