Planned Programming and Training

Planned programming and training will resume September 2015.

During the interim, utilize the archives for programming.  Additional programming can be found under the conditioning tab at the top.
Program 1 = bodyweight conditioning workouts
Program 2 = Programs collected from supporters of LCI Fitness
Program 3 = Main page programming (archives)
Sports Performance = A wide variety of accessible programs for all types of individuals.
