Welcome to 2018-2019 school Year

Hello LCI Fitness Participants,
Welcome back to another year of successful lifting and growth in our facility.  Just a friendly reminder that the website is the hub of where we post useful information (hours, nutrition guidelines, donation opportunities), links, tips and programming. You can find all of this and more in the drop menus along the banner.

I do not often post individual blog posts, but rest assured the site is not sleeping!  If you are looking for programming, please check the programming tab.  There are a variety of programs to choose from but the most common updates happen within the "Sports Performance" area.

All users will require new waiver forms.  Waiver forms may be picked up from Mr. Gillespie in the Fitness Center or can be printed from the website.

A friendly reminder that we are a donation based facility and any and all donations are utilized in the year of donation to help keep the facility running and/or make improvements.  Thanks in advance for your help and consideration.
