Making Corrections

Here at LCI Fitness we spend a lot of time working on developing the correct technique and movement in our participants.  Consistently performing correct mechanics is one of the driving forces behind our program and allows us to create success in a safe manner with all of our participants.  This is one of the young lifters involved in the program at LCI.  This young lady always works hard to make the best of every training session every day.  This video shows an unsuccessful movement and the successful movement that was created after going through some feedback and cues to make changes.  So cool to see young people killing it!
