Spring Semester 2019

Hi everyone,
The semester 2 schedule will be up within the next week on the site and on the door.  We are just finalizing some of the afterschool supervisors at this time.  Here is some information that will help you start accessing the facility during semester 2 before things get fully underway.

Despite the initial date for opening being posted as February 11, our amazing supervision team has moved up the date and is able to offer access beginning on February 4, 2018.  Please make sure you take the time to thank them for taking time out of their busy lives to help students pursue fitness with as few interruptions possible.

Lunch hour access will resume on Monday February 4, 2019 as well, but will be closed on January 31 & Feb. 1.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

Those looking to learn more about lifting, training, performance and overall fitness/health are urged to register for the Sports Performance program offered in period 1 & 2.  This is not just an athlete course and will be undergoing a name change for next school year in order to accurately reflect the inclusiveness and community we promote.  The space and style of training is for anyone and everyone who is looking to advance themselves in the capacity they choose.
