Currently, we have a number of LCI Fitness trainees and Lethbridge RTC Judo Athletes who are off in Montreal right now, at a National Training Camp, as they peak for competition on January 12 - 13, 2019 at the Elite National Championships. These individuals work their butts off day in and day out balancing school work, strength and conditioning and judo work every single day. They are a dedicated crew and a pleasure to work with.
