Big thanks to The IX Weightlifting and Sean Cassidy for hosting us for some Olympic Weightlifting. Was fun to get out of our space and spend some time with people passionate about lifting. One of the best parts of the trip was listening to their focus on not only the physical but the mental well being of all people. We are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with this group and expose students to yet one more amazing weightlifting opportunity.
